Mr. Du Junhong, 52 years old, holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation from Zhejiang University, China, and a Doctor's degree in Electrical Machinery and Appliances from Zhejiang University. He founded the Company in October 2004, has held key positions such as director and senior management in the Group, and served as a director. He has been Chairman since September 2014 and currently holds director positions in several subsidiaries of the Group.

Mr. Ge Zhengang, 48 years old, holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Nanjing University. Before joining the Group, Mr. Ge worked at Xiehe Petrochemical Group (China) Co., Ltd. He joined the Group in October 2005 and successively served as Assistant to the President, General Manager of the Supply Chain Management Center and General Manager of the Operation Center from October 2005 to May 2015. Mr. Ge has served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager since May 2015 and has been a director since May 2018. He currently holds director positions in several subsidiaries of the Group.

Mr. Guan Yadong, 52 years old, holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's degree in Communication and Information Systems of Electronic Engineering from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He joined the Group since its establishment. Mr. Guan successively served as Chief Technology Officer and Deputy General Manager of the Company from October 2004 to May 2015. He has been Executive Director and Deputy General Manager since May 2015 and currently holds director positions in several subsidiaries of the Group.

Ms. Qin Yanling, 52 years old, holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hubei Minzu University, a Master's degree in Accounting from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and is a Certified Intermediate Accountant in China. She has successively served as a lecturer in the Department of Finance and Economics of Hubei Minzu University and held an accounting position at ZTE Corporation. From May 2015 to June 2025, Ms. Qin served as a supervisor of the Company. She has been Deputy General Manager of the Financial System since October 2004.

Dr. Shen Jianxin, 55 years old, holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a Doctor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University. From December 1997 to June 1999, he served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. From June 1999 to April 2002, he worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University of Sheffield, UK. From April 2002 to April 2004, he served as a Research Engineer in the Electrical Department of the UK Research Center of Aisin Seiki Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, stock code: 7259) of the Toyota Group. Dr. Shen has been a Professor at the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University since May 2004. He also has been an Independent Director of Hangzhou Weiguang Electronics Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 002801) since December 2021; and an Independent Director of Zhejiang Futte Technology Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 301607) since July 2022. He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Yang Chuan, aged 56, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting from Capital University of Economics and Business, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). He also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China.
He previously worked at Delphi Automotive Systems Corporation (now known as Aptiv PLC, a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange, stock code: APTV) and resigned in December 2009.
From January 2010 to October 2012, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bosch Rexroth.
From October 2012 to November 2024, he held the position of Vice President at Bosch (China) Investment Ltd. During his tenure, he was named "2018 China Top CFO" by the jury panel at the 14th China CFO Conference hosted by New Finance Magazine in April 2019.
From December 2024 to November 2025, he acted as Senior Director of Envision Energy Co., Ltd.
Mr. Yang has been serving as Independent Director of Shanghai Huapre Smart Energy Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 603121) since November 2019; and as Independent Director of Halson (Shanghai) Marine Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, stock code: 837291) since June 2025.
He currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Dr. Niu Shuangxia, 43 years old, holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation from Tianjin University, a Master's degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering, and a Doctor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Hong Kong. Since July 2012, she has successively served as Research Assistant Professor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has been an Independent Director of Fengtiao Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (a listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 688279) since August 2024. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since June 2025.
